Liability Waiver:  By registering for ASVP Conferences/Courses/Events, you agree and acknowledge that you are participating in an ASVP event/activities on your own free and intentional will. You acknowledge this freely and knowingly and that you are, as a result, able to participate in an ASVP events and hereby assume responsibility for your own well-being. This acknowledgement includes your guest(s) participation in any evening/social events.

Photography Waiver:  The ASVP Conference/Course/Event plans to take photographs/video footage for use in ASVP news, promotional material, or inclusion on the ASVP website. Media may be reproduced in print, electronic or other media. By participating in the ASVP Conference/Course/Event, you grant ASVP the right to use your name and/or photograph for such purposes. All postings are the property of ASVP and may be displayed or used by ASVP for any purpose.

Audio/Video Capture:  Participants/registrants are not permitted to take audio/video capture of presentations or presenters unless expressly permitted to do so by the ASVP if we have been granted prior approval to do so.
